My room was pristine and well kept, equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, conveniently located near the airport, Federal Way Transit Center, and Tacoma/Olympia.

The breakfast here has lots of options, and the staff is really polite, plus the location is decent, which was perfect for me, as it's in a fairly nice area.

Extra help was needed to access my room as the door lock failed to open several times over the 3 days. Young woman at the front desk named Muna was very helpful in working with the lock and was gracious.

What happens to the little soaps that I only used once and then disappeared with the house keeper each day? I am happy to use the same soap for three days and I can also use the same towel. I did hang up the towel which I thought indicated I was happy to keep it. I am hoping more people will become concerned about conservation of recycling of our resources.

The room with clean towels. The location was comfy and the best, at a medium distance from Enchanted Village. The area was safe near to Federal Way Transit Center, a shopping mall and Tacoma / Olympia.

The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice enough area, close enough to Seattle for several restaurants and Tacoma/Olympia. Rooms with a king bed had a family atmosphere. Climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave were a huge plus.

The rooms are immaculate and beautifully maintained with a microwave, a king bed, and clean towels. There is a huge variety of amazing food for breakfast. The location is comfortable and decent, just 2 miles from Celebration Park.

The only thing we liked was the close location to the Pualapup fair grounds.

It was noisy, the toilet was not working properly and it had no pool.
